As you walk around the gallery

marveling the excellent art works of

Stanley Smith, Jolene Monheim,

Bruce Bayard, Cathy Dorris, David Leibowitz

and many more, please don’t pass by so fast.

I’m the cement rock that saved the building

toughed through the intense fire

that took everything else but me.

Let your hand glide over me, touch art.

I made this gallery possible, up from the ashes

a rebirth to what it is today.

Thank you very much!

I don’t ask much, just not be taken for granted.
